Sindhutai Sapkal Dies at 73 – What Happened With Her!

Indian social activist Sindhutai Sapkal (Sindhutai Sapkal), who served for orphans, died of a heart attack. He was 73 years old and died at 8:10 p.m. He passed away at Galkzi Hospital in Pune a month ago after undergoing a hernia operation. After that, they begin to be treated. He finally died of a heart attack today.

He has taken care of thousands of orphans in the face of many difficult situations. He received the Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Samaj Bhushan Award in 2012 while in 2021 he was honoured with the Padma Shri Award (Padma Shri in 2021 in Social Work category). She was 75 years old.

Sindhutai Sapkal had undergone hernia surgery. Sapkal was announced the Padma Shri by the Central Government in January 2021 as a mark of respect to social work and was honoured with the award in the meantime. The news of his death has been expressed everywhere.

Although he was originally intelligent, he could barely study in Marathi school till the fourth. They were married at the age of nine. The struggle in his life led him to social work. Sindhutai had set up the Mamata Bal Sadan Sansthan to take care of orphans and guide their lives.

In 1994, the institute was started in Kumbharavaran village in Purandar taluka near Pune. His daughter Mamta was admitted to Sevasadan for education through The Pathusheth Halwai Sansthan and supported other orphans and childless children. All education is imparted to children here. Their food, clothes and other facilities are provided by the organization.

They are also guided to make the children here financially self-reliant after completing their education. When financially self-realized, it is also done by the organization to find the right partners and organize their marriages. About 1050 such children have stayed in the institute.
