Nobel Peace Prize Winner Malala Yousafzai gets married

Malala Yousafzai, who became the youngest Nobel Peace Prize winner at the age of 17, married in England on Tuesday, more than nine years after being shot by the Taliban as a teenager.
He said on Twitter that Yousafzai, 24, a manager of the Pakistan Cricket Board, married Asher Malik, who is called Nikah, in a small Islamic ceremony. Two of their family members were present at the event in Birmingham, England.

“Today marks a precious day in my life,” he writes. “Please send us your prayers. We are excited to walk together for the journey ahead. ”

Yousafzai, one of the world’s most famous advocates for girls’ education, kept her big day details secret. But she shared a few pictures, one of which her husband is signing what appears to be a marriage deal and another pair posing amid the fall page. She was wearing a pink shirt.

According to her LinkedIn page her husband Malik is a manager of pakistan’s cricket management committee. He graduated from Lahore University of Management Sciences in Pakistan in 2012.

Congratulatory messages are coming from all over the world on social media. On Instagram, Greta Thanberg and Priyanka Chopra were among the well wishers. Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau said on Twitter that he and his wife were hopeful that the couple enjoyed their “special day”: “We wish you happiness for the rest of our lives together,” he wrote.

The 24-year-old Pakistani human rights campaigner shared pictures of the event and announced her marriage on Twitter. The worker did not share any information about her without her husband’s name.
